Giedrė Šlekytė appointed Principal Guest Conductor of Bruckner Orchester Linz

Internationally much sought-after Lithuanian conductor Giedrė Šlekytė has been appointed Principal Guest Conductor of  the Bruckner Orchester Linz from 2021/22 onwards. The position encompasses an intensive artistic collaboration, manifest already in several concert programmes of the forthcoming season. Her last concert with Bruckner Orchester Linz in Brucknerhaus back in April 2019 enthusiased audience, press and orchestra alike. The programme included works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy and her compatriot Raminta Šerkšnytė.
