Kirill Gerstein plays Austrian premiere of Thomas Adès' Piano Concerto

This Monday (June 5, 2023), Kirill Gerstein will perform the Austrian premiere of Thomas Adès' Piano Concerto under the composer's baton. With the ORF Radio Symphonieorchester Wien, Gerstein will present the Concerto at the Musikverein Wien. The piece was written at his own suggestion and  is tailor-made to Gerstein, featuring a blend of jazz and classical piano.
