Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla returns to the Munich Philharmonic

Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla will conduct the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra once again tonight and tomorrow evening. After her successful debut last November, she once again convinces with an unusual program: Debussy's "La Mer" and Ravel's "Daphnis et Chloé" Suite No. 2 will be heard alongside, "Miske" by Lithuanian composer Čiurlionis and Strauss' Duet Concertino for clarinet, bassoon and orchestra. The soloists in the last piece will be members of the orchestra, Alexandra Gruber and Raffaele Giannotti.
