Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla makes her debut with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra

After her successful debut with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, Lithuanian conductor Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla debuts with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra on 26 March. The programme includes Weinberg's 2nd Symphony for String Orchestra, Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 27 in B flat major and Beethoven's 3rd Leonore Overture.

The soloist is Francesco Piemontesi, who has already performed Mozart's last piano concerto together with Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and returns to the orchestra for his second collaboration.
